FAQ's
Who do you work with?
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, along with individual adults, families, and couples. Many of the people I see are navigating anxiety, big emotions, nervous system dysregulation, or the emotional weight of a chronic illness or health diagnosis.
What is narrative therapy?
Narrative therapy is an approach that separates a person from their problem — instead of "you are anxious," we explore "anxiety is showing up in your life." Together, we look at the stories you carry about yourself and your challenges, and work toward authoring new ones that reflect your strengths and values.
Do you work with teens?
Yes. Adolescents and teens make up a significant part of my practice. I create a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and age-appropriate, so teens can build genuine trust and openness.
Do you offer therapy for chronic illness or autoimmune conditions?
Yes. I support clients navigating the emotional and nervous-system impact of chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and ongoing health challenges — including grief, medical trauma, burnout, and the anxiety that often comes with living with an unpredictable body.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. I offer both in-person sessions at my Larchmont office in Los Angeles and telehealth sessions available throughout California.
Do you accept insurance?
I don't accept insurance directly, but I'm happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I operate on a private pay basis. Individual therapy sessions are $160, and family or couples sessions are $180.
