About Your Therapist

I grew up in Los Angeles, and while I've always loved the energy and diversity of this city, I also found myself drawn to work that felt more connected, to people, to meaning, to something real.

I studied Communications and Business at Tulane University, and after graduating spent time working in the entertainment industry. That world gave me a genuine appreciation for storytelling and the many ways identity gets shaped by the narratives around us. It also made clear that I wanted to support people more directly.

That led me to Antioch University Los Angeles, where I earned my Master's in Clinical Psychology with a focus on child and adolescent development. During my training at Richstone Family Center, I worked with individuals and families affected by domestic violence and child abuse, experiences that deeply shaped how I show up in the therapy room today.

I now work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, including LGBTQ+ clients and people living with chronic or invisible illness. Together we explore anxiety, identity, relationships, life transitions, and trauma,  looking not just at what's happened, but at the stories we've built around it, and whether those stories still feel true.

I also weave in mindfulness and body awareness,  not as a technique, but as a gentle way of staying connected to yourself when emotions feel hard to name.

More than anything, I want this to feel like a space where you're safe, seen, and free to move at your own pace.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, which means you're never just receiving a method, we figure out together what feels most useful and meaningful for you. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor the work to your specific needs, rather than applying a single framework to everyone.

At the heart of it, we explore the patterns, stories, and emotions that have shaped your experience, with curiosity, openness, and without judgment.

Core Values

At the heart of my practice are values of empathy, trust, authenticity, and cultural humility. I believe that truly effective therapy requires understanding you within the context of your identity, culture, and lived experience, and I am committed to fostering a relationship that reflects that, and empowers you to embrace your journey toward self-discovery and fulfillment.
