I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, along with individual adults, families, and couples. Many of the people I see are navigating anxiety, big emotions, nervous system dysregulation, or the emotional weight of a chronic illness or health diagnosis.

Narrative therapy is an approach that separates a person from their problem, exploring how a challenge like anxiety shows up in someone's life rather than defining who they are. Together, we look at the stories a client carries about themselves and work toward authoring new ones that reflect their strengths and values.

Do you work with teens?

Yes. Adolescents and teens make up a significant part of the practice. Sessions create a safe, non-judgmental, age-appropriate space so teens can build genuine trust and openness.

Yes. Support is offered for clients navigating the emotional and nervous-system impact of chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and ongoing health challenges, including grief, medical trauma, burnout, and anxiety related to living with an unpredictable body.

Insurance is not accepted directly, but a superbill can be provided for clients to submit to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. The practice operates on a private pay basis: individual therapy sessions are $160, and family or couples sessions are $180.
